With professional training, rapid career advancement opportunities and support from the “Corporate Business Coach” specially assigned for you, the program will groom you to become a distinguished wealth management manager, empowering you with an absolute advantage to have a firm grip on the enormous business opportunities in this booming industry.

Entry Requirements for C.E.O. Program:
  • Age between 25 - 45
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree (or higher qualifications)
  • With an annual income of HK$300,000 (or above)
  • With solid working experience, self-motivated and passionate about financial planning industry.
Candidates who meet the C.E.O. Program acceptance requirements will go through a series of purposeful designed trainings which progressively groom you to become:
  • In Manulife, financial planning consultants who have successfully obtained relevant qualifications will be able to become regulated and qualified wealth management advisors under the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC). As such, they will be able to provide comprehensive and professional financial-planning solutions to their clients.
  • Manulife is committed to furnish you with a wide range of supports, to help you become exemplary models of the industry, to become an MDRT member within two years after joining us.

    You will be assigned a “Corporate Business Coach” whose specialized expertise will be a valuable asset for you to develop your businesses at all fronts, thereby attain extraordinary results in your career.
  • Aspiring talents who seek to make a mark in the field of sales management can acquire knowledge on management and develop leadership skills through our comprehensive sales management trainings, and take on the significant role of a team leader.

We offer professional and comprehensive training courses with a clear goal to help you gaining professional knowledge and obtaining required qualifications, so that you can embark on a journey to reach your desired career destination. Introductory Training Course I
Details
The course is conducted through classroom trainings, case studies and interactive sessions. Candidates will acquire financial planning skills and be acquainted with advanced wealth management tools developed by Manulife.
  • Fundamental sales cycle and skills
  • Knowledge on commonly used wealth and risk management products
  • Sales regulations and codes of conduct
Introductory Training Course II
Details
To be taken within 90 days upon contract-signing, it helps candidates mastering financial-planning and sales skills and to understand crucial daily sales operations.
  • Fundamental sales cycle and role-plays
  • Application and practices of basic knowledge on wealth and risk products
  • Product underwriting and knowledge on claims
Intermediate Training Course
Details
Skills and business productivity enhancement through classroom case studies, with the aim to strive for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification:
  • Advanced sales cycle (Brain Based Sales Model) and role-plays
  • Sharing by Manulife’s elite “Million Dollar Round Table” members and workshops

Sales Management & Development Course specifically prescribed for the C.E.O. Program
Manulife provides aspiring leaders with this prescribed “Sales Management & Development Course”. Through classroom trainings and workshops, it helps you mastering sales management skills for becoming an outstanding management talent, as well as a competent team leader.

“Corporate Business Coaches” are specially assigned for candidates of the C.E.O. program in the first year of their career at Manulife.
